Summer Prices

General Information

PRICES
All indicated prices are per person and day or per person and week - exclusive of resort tax. For apartment prices a minimum occupancy of 4 persons is required – special rates for 5th and 6th person.


RESORT TAX
The resort tax per person and day is charged separately. Summer € 2.50 / Winter € 3.00.
Children under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.


SHORT STAY AND WEEKEND SUPPLEMENT
We reserve the right to charge short stay and weekend supplements on short notice.

RESERVATION & BANK DETAILS
A reservation is binding as soon as we receive an advance payment of 30 % from total.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept international money transfers, cash payment and EC Maestro, Visa or MasterCard.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from approx. 2.00 pm. Check-out until 10.00 am at the latest.


PETS
Pets are allowed for an extra charge of € 10.00 per day, without food.


CANCELLATION TERMS
The cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply to all guests:
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% of the total booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival we charge 70% of the total booking amount
- Within the last week prior to arrival we charge 90% of the total booking amount.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
Sometimes a travel insurance is of utmost importance. Just to be on the safe side we strongly recommend you to take out a travel insurance policy.

With all legal questions we refer to the General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry (2006).
